Refund policy

At Vantage Design, we take great pride in the quality of the products we offer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt so that we can correct the issue. If you wish to return an item please review our return policy and follow the procedures for making a return.

 

Return Policy on Website Purchases

  • Website orders may be returned within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and a (25%) restocking fee.
  • All website returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
  • After the website item is returned without any defects and returned in its original packaging, a full refund will be issued to the customer, minus the (25%) restocking fee.
  • Products may only be exchanged if there was a conversation prior to the purchase being made.
  • All final sale items, discounted, or as-is merchandise is final sale, no refunds, exchanges or service permitted.

 

Return Policy on Custom Orders and In-Person Purchases

  • No returns on in-person purchases.
  • No returns accepted on custom/special ordered items and products.
  • No cancellations or changes to custom/special order items once an order has been placed with Vantage Design.

 

Product Defect Policy

  • In the unlikely event there is a product defect (ex: torn seam, hole, or stain), contact our office by email within 2 days of receiving your order to discuss the issue.
  • Upon the return of a defected item, please allow Vantage Design a week to mend the item, plus shipping time.
  • Vantage Design will cover all shipping costs if the product defect was our error.

 

Damaged Shipping Policy

  • Despite our best efforts to pack and ship our products carefully, items may arrive damaged. Help us quickly address and resolve this problem by following these important steps:
  1. Report your receipt of damaged product within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery to Vantage Design. Beyond this time-frame we cannot accept responsibility for damages because we will not be able to file a claim with the shipper.
  1. Do not discard any of the damaged product or original packaging until the issue is resolved.
  1. Please take note of everything that was damaged. Send us pictures of the box and take pictures of all damaged items.
  1. Once we file a claim with the shipper, it will take 10-15 business days for the claim to be processed. We’ll help arrange a convenient time for the carrier to pick up the damaged product from you if necessary.
  1. We will work hard to make sure that your items are replaced immediately. Please note, in the rare event that the carrier denies the claim, you may be charged for a replacement item or for the item that was damaged.

 

Mending Pillow Seams or Zippers

  • In the occasional event that a seam is torn upon stuffing a pillow, please let us know and we will mend the seam.
  • Client/Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, and the cost to mend a torn seam or damaged zipper.
  • The price to mend a torn seam is $15. This cost covers our time and materials.
  • In the occasional event that a zipper detaches, breaks, or is not working correctly, please call Vantage Design. Depending on how the zipper broke, and the severity of the problem, we will give you a quote and immediately fix the issue.

 

Expedited Orders

We understand the industry of interior design and meeting your client’s needs. If you need to expedite an order, we would love to help.

Because our products are small batch and or custom, most will ship within two weeks. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee equal to 20%-30% of the order value, depending upon the order size and the requested shipping time-frame.
